Directions

From I-95 North, which becomes the Maine Turnpike, take Exit 48 (formerly exit 8) at Portland. Proceed through the tollbooth to a traffic light. Take a right and proceed through the next two traffic lights. At the next traffic light, take a left onto Route 302 West. Follow 302 West for approximately thirty-seven miles to the town of Bridgton.
At the 2nd traffic light in Bridgton, proceed straight through on to Route 117 North. Follow 117 North for three miles. Turn left onto Route 37; there will be a green and white North Bridgton-Waterford sign on the right. About one-half mile down on Route 37, take a left at Kimball Road. Take your first right at the sign to find Julie Forbes, N.D. office. It is located about 3 hours from Boston

From I-93, at New Hampton in New Hampshire, take Exit 23. Proceed East for 8 miles on Route 104 to Meredith. Take a left at the lights on to Route 3 North for one mile. Turn right onto Route 25 East for about 23 miles to West Ossippee. Take Route 16 North for 16 miles to Route 113 east. Follow for two miles to Route 302. Follow 302 East for 22 miles to Bridgton.
At the 2nd traffic light in Bridgton, proceed straight through on to Route 117 North. Follow 117 North for three miles. Turn left onto Route 37; there will be a green and white North Bridgton-Waterford sign on the right. About one-half mile down on Route 37, take a left at Kimball Road. Take your first right at the sign to find Julie Forbes, N.D. office. It is located about 1 1/2 hours from Route 93.

Take I-95/Maine Turnpike South to Exit 63 (formerly exit 11) in Gray. Take Route 115 West for 3 miles to Route 302 in North Windham. Take Route 302 West for 24 miles to Bridgton.
